Meatball Spot to Treat Heroes to Heroes on Father’s Day

Meatball Spot_Ice Cream SandwichesMeatball Spot at Town Square Las Vegas will give dads the superhero treatment with a Father’s Day Hero sandwich, paired with half Caesar salad, choice of ice cream sandwich and draft beer, on Sunday.

Priced at $28.95, fathers will enjoy the eatery’s mouthwatering Hero sandwich with choice of classic, pork, beef, chicken, turkey or vegetarian meatballs, smothered in choice of sauce including: classic tomato, spicy meat, parmesan cream, pesto and mushroom gravy, on a fresh French baguette.

Fathers will start the meal with their choice of draft beer and a fresh Caesar salad, packed with crisp romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, shaved parmesan and creamy Caesar dressing. To polish off the meal, dads will indulge in their choice of Meatball Spot’s signature ice cream sandwiches such as the Mudslide, delicious coffee fudge ice cream sandwiched between double chocolate chip cookies, topped with Oreo cookie crumbles.

Chef Carla Pellegrino, Executive Chef and Owner of Bratalian Neapolitan Cantina and Executive Chef of Meatball Spot at Town Square Las Vegas, is known around the world for her culinary expertise. The dynamic chef, who was previously Executive Chef of Rao’s Las Vegas at Caesars Palace and Executive Chef at Bacio by Carla Pellegrino at Tropicana Las Vegas, can be seen on the most recent season of Bravo’s “Top Chef.” Pellegrino has been featured in numerous national media outlets, including: “The Today Show,” “CBS This Morning,” “Fox News,” “Bon Appetit” and “Food & Wine” magazine. Pellegrino’s restaurant, Bratalian, was named “Best New Restaurant,” while her restaurant, Bacio, was named “Best Italian Restaurant,” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s “Best of Las Vegas” awards in 2011.
